Sundew - Rafflesia Flower - Jack in the Pulpit
- - - Project from class... no real requirements, just a series of three hours. I like plants  - - - Medium: micron pens; copic and prismacolour marker on cardstock; white out. each is 3.5 x 4.5 inches the scan cut a small bit off the tops... And does anyone know why the colour of the art is duller on dA than in ps and my computer? D: © kw |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I think the color scheme on da makes everything seem duller... I'm not sure why, but making a black(ish) boarder to seperate your art from the scheme might make the colors pop more.
Thing is...I even compared it to a version on ps where I surrounded it with the same grey. And it was STILL duller, the dA version! Argh~
...I love Sundew's hair.
